iPhone 14 Pro Max screen repair & replacement
A real case from our Qatif workshop: an iPhone 14 Pro Max with a cracked, green-tinted screen. We open the device with heat, separate the old display, transfer the display data, then fit and secure a new screen and power the phone on to check it works.

Steps we followed
Inspect the device - We inspect the cracked screen and confirm the fault before starting.
Open the phone and remove the old display - We heat the frame, lift the display with a dedicated opener, then carefully disconnect its cables.
Transfer the display data - We transfer the display data with a programmer before fitting the new screen.
Fit and secure the new screen - We fit the new screen and secure it in a dedicated press.
Power on and check - We power the phone on and check it works after the repair.
